Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, shopping on or registering to use our site. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use our site. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our site.

These are the legal terms and conditions under which We supply the products and tickets listed on our website www.notes.community (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products or tickets from our site. Using our site indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, do not use our site.

Here at Notes Community, we are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of your personal data. This privacy notice explains how your data is collected, used, transferred and disclosed by Notes. It applies to data collected when you use our websites, iOS and android applications, when you interact with us through social media, email, or phone, or when you participate in our competitions or events. It covers:

Refund Policy

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected and a refund will not be given. 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

 

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Fulfilment Policy

ORDER FULFILMENT

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details. 

Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. 

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
